called Attorney Hodges - was told there are reasons that CMKX and Transfer agent have not been told anything - and also that SHAREHOLDER PAY if delivered will be by other means than the ON LINE TRANSFER Company----THATS WHAT I WAS TOLD --(my call to ONLINE TRANSFER which said "they had not been contacted by attorney Al Hodges and no list of CMKX shareholders has even been requested by his firm or to CMKX also they could not even find the trial dockets that have been shown on the internet -- WHAT IS THE PROBLEM HERE -is CMKX and ON LINE TRANSFER for or against at GOOD OUTCOME in the 3.87 trillion dollar turn over to CMKX SHAREHOLDERS? If I can call Attorney Al Hodges why cannot they call his attorney firm for clarification and assitance with shareholder list???????????????????????????----jmo
