My back up day is Saturday, I image and copy data over to my external hard drives. Takes about 2-3 hours to back up all the computers. Once you get in the grove, it becomes habit.

I have data spread over a pile of computers and hard drives, so I am pretty safe if all hell breaks loose.

I just started to have one hard drive with all my data stored off site, in case the house burns down.
