Thank you mimurray and chief. I am waiting for the 2011 models as I want USB 3.
I tried a ThinkPad W510 in November 2010, but it had horrible audio issues. That one had 2 USB 3 ports, 1 USB 2/ESATA port and 1 powered USB 2 port.
It was an i7 and people in Lenovo forums were complaining about heat issues, (the pc turning off) as well as the sound issues.
Lenovo did issue a patch for the sound problems, but they still existed, one thing that really bugged me was you could not turn the volume up loud. I have a ThinkPad T60P (3.5 years old) and a Satellite C650 (3 months old). Both of these notebooks have great audio and you can really crank up the volume.
So my next notebook looks like a Toshiba. I spoke to them, new models announced mid Jan, available to buy mid Feb 2011. But it has to have USB 3.
