Now wouldn't that be something! I'd pay cash money to see them tell a Federal Judge to stick it!! Yeah, right, like that will happen.

It is only a matter of time imo before the serious lawsuits begin.

You mean that you feel that JPM and the FDIC will be seeing more serious law suits. And as if JPM did have enough suits against them already. I guess when you're a shady, underhanded outfit you open yourself up to all sorts of legal battles.
