Seems that having head offices, a recycling plant, and a processing plant within a minute of each other (at the most), indicates a degree of long term planning. Remember, P2O was first data mined in the spring of 2009, there is no reference about it before then, but you are welcome to try finding it yourself. OKYO Pharma achieves key stability milestone for Urcosimod in clinical development
