5+ billion BOLI/COLI.

Knock off .5 billion contract interest bondholders.

Put a value on the litigation claims (2x value plus).

JPM pays the difference between 1.88 billion and a company with 300+ billion in assets that has yet to be valued and we are in some serious money.
