just heard but need to confirm:

Banks and you know which ones as well as Hedge funds are placing bets against "cities/municipalities/states" to go bankrupt and selling these new "instruments"!!!!!!!!

What is wrong with our country?
Where the frigg is the SEC or any oversight for this matter?
