Looks like will still be up to the court, but with the debt having been resolved, there doesn't seem to be a reason to cancel the shares. The value of the shell by itself is a bit more than a share trades for now, and the NOLS might be worth as much as $0.01 or $0.02 a share to the right buyer. Considering the 50% ownership requirement must be preserved to keep the NOLS that might push that value toward the lower end of the scale, still making the shell worth $0.015 a share without any other asset being attached to it.

Pretty much leaves it being a pure shell play with a slight bias toward doing a RM with another smaller, private, profitable miner. Or, it might be most useful for packaging up and doing a spin off of some set of still undeveloped leases someone holds, that have a total transaction value that is in the ball park of being equal in value to the clean shell plus the NOLS... making the preservation of the 50% ownership requirement not an obstacle.

Either SELR or SNKTY would have the obvious ability to do that. Clearly are quite a few others out there who'd be able to make good use of the shell in similar fashion...

Not likely that it is going to happen quickly, just given the timelines on the resolution of the sale.
