I've asked a number of attorney friends of mine how long it generally takes for someone to find out they are being sued. Apparently, it is common practice these days for the attorney filing with the court to simultaneously fax the docs to the opposing attorney.

My bet is that Matt was notified on the filing date of the 16th and arranged for the pr to be put out the next day. JMO

OMG, A SMALL CLAIMS SUIT HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
TTATT,

Nowhere in your post does it say anything with proof that Matt knew on the 16th. The SMALL CLAIMS SUIT was filed on the 16th. I would imagine Matt found out on the 17th, the day he announced a "NUISANCE" lawsuit had been filed by CCEL. LMAO

As you always say TTATT......prove it. Prove Matt knew it on the 16th. Prove he was served on the 16th. Show us proof in a verifiable link. Otherwise, hit the bricks.
