It is a very good question Lojiko since you spin it that way ;0) Normally when company breaks-up or part of it is spin-off - it reduces the value of existing company if spin-off company was generating a revenue before the event. In our case, will or was PDI generate revenue before the spin? Was that revenue part of PTQ revenue ? Was it a profit or loss ? Are trucks and rest of equipment PDI owns on our books now ? The answer to those questions will determine what happens to PTQ shares after spin. IMO
