The real issue here is why is CCEL attempting to litigate against CBAI? It only makes sense if CBAI owns de Mexico today. If not, CCEL should be in litigation against Cryo-Cell de Mexico; the independant. Right? Cryo-Cell de Mexico the independant is contracted not CBAI. Make sense?
The lawsuit only makes sense if CBAI and CCEL have some other past deal or contract not yet revealed and the suit is about that current contract or obligation and not about de Mexico. Waiting for more... today it makes no sense.
