Ask matt what tax bracket he is in and how much more cash in the form of salary would tip him into the next bracket.

I bet he knows the answer and if you dont think that sometimes the tax hurts more than it helps youre not thinking at all.

I dont claim to be a tax or financial know it all. I know very little about it but Im not afraid to call it out when I have an answer.
