Just curious about the LOI. Would that letter be anything like the promised dividends not going out for over 7 years now? What about the Financials that back in March 2010 were soon to be completed and have not been completed yet and over 9 months later.

Any LOI would mean Probably Soon!It also would mean, never has happened.
