I, for one, am glad to see progress being made here, even if its in a form of this "e-store." Some progress is much better than no progress.

The store has not even been OFFICIALLY unveiled but criticism is already pouring in. It is in what you call a beta test version and I am expecting to see some changes in the official release of the store. Yet critics are quick to jump on and turn a positive development into a negative one.

So I would guess that if the company announces tomorrow a LOI to acquire a well known production company or state of the art studio or a merger with an underground label to develop new artists and talent - that would also receive criticism to shouts of "where are my divi's" and "file the financials"

But all in all I am glad to see EMAX move forward with development plans, as we see most of their cluttered up sites are down right now and in the process of being remodeled. We see even with this pathetic excuse for an e-store that they are moving in the right direction and hopefully will continue moving towards a fully digital, integrated solution as hinted by the hiring of MSP consultant firm. MSP they hired deals with IT solutions and I am certain they realize the declining role VHS plays in todays media, thus they must move forward with digitizing all their content.

As far as "global" goes - I figured the name "http://www.emaxworldwide.com/"; key words WORLD WIDE gives off their concentration on a GLOBAL approach to entertainment business.

...that is all IMHO
