mark1 It would be more prudent to view.....................

FY2005 as TWO PARTS OF A WHOLE. There is the FIRST HALF OF FY2005 and there is the SECOND HALF.

For the FIRST HALF I estimate about $1 million with about 2/3's of that coming in the SECOND QTR.

For the SECOND HALF I estimate anywhere from $4 Million to $8 Million with about 75% coming in the FOURTH QTR. In addition, the $8 million 2nd Half estimate is predicated on Wave Systems getting a couple of PUBLIC SECTOR CONTRACTS that are immediately bookable.
