Nice work TT. The only thing wrong is the $7.5M isn't gone. Just put on the shelf until our share price is higher. But you're right, a new S1 would have to be filed if we wanted to use those funds. Keep looking and you might even decide to buy. 
Don't worry about the mule going blind just load the wagon.
