No way that is going to happen. A merger does everything Matt has wanted. The two companies combined makes us stronger and provides the cash for the most part to do the Mexico deal. It also would allow us to fix the cap structure as new shares would have to be issued for the new combined company. It also allows us to immediately uplist riding CCEL's coattails. And the new company would be in a much better position to buy more companies. Consolidation has to happen at some point anyway. Lets just hope the CCEL Board is open to all possibilities.

Don't worry about the mule going blind just load the wagon.
