I don't think we are nuts. I feel positive about Mr. Heil and ADSY and voted so in the proxy vote. The following is a direct quote from Mr. Heil from Dec. 17.

" Shareholder Update

ADSY is currently in an appeal process as a result of a predatory lawsuit which we beleive we will have a positive outcome. We will be managing our press carefully during what we hope to be a brief time. Chapter 11 was necessary in order to continue to grow and protect the business and shareholder equity. I will update you from time to time.
