Morning all. I heard from Matt last night and I can tell you he is certainly excited about the opportunity this presents. He's for sure not concerned.

You have to understand it was some work he did for Cryo-Cell here in Tampa where he lived at the time that gave him the idea to open his own cord blood company. So they have a history. And while we know DW made a buy-out offer recently, who they were doing that for has not been disclosed.

Since Cryo-Cell dismissed the buy-out offer without taking it to the shareholders that could come back to haunt the CEO. I can see us buying them out or merging with them when this is all said and done. It makes sense for sure, especially with us buying there largest affiliate whether they like it or not.

I like our chances going forward. This will be my only post today.
