Chill, Since Nokia listens to Howard's conference calls, it is possible that they monitor this board as well. I would suggest that if Nokia is interested in a compromise, which I seriously doubt, they can approach IDCC and make an offer. Otherwise, I support Howard's stated policy of enforcing our IPR. Jorma Ollila is an aggressive, unprincipled, egotistical individual who will negotiate when his privates are in a ringer. JMHO
