I like this part the best. "Cord Blood America-Announces 'Nuisance' Lawsuit". I said more than once VFIN was most likely working to stop our big deal. But most posts disappeared and I'm now limited. Of course, I also said the bashing wasn't by accident.

I can see this leading to a merger or a CBAI acquisition of Cryo-Cell. The two CEO's have a history but if I was one of there investors I know who I would support. CBAI. Hopefully Cryo-Cell has some independent Board members that have some sense since obviously the CCEL CEO doesn't. I remind you they are sitting on $9M of cash and got snookered by Matt. Stupid. I could do better.

Don't worry about the mule going blind just load the wagon.
