With a mixture of half and half Hydrogen Peroxide and water use one of those sucker squirter things and blow some into both nostral openings.
Lay down on your bed just before sleep and feel the burn.
It friggen hurts, I tell ya.
But..it will help you breath better through your nose for the evening.
