If sshs give the debt with diferent methods, SSHS won't need NIR to conver shares. Besides, how do you know the CD amounts well? Just check if we have 8-k or no in near future. Even if my feeling is incorrect, I guess you agree, there's something positive going on with NIR group debt conversion. When the detail is printed in, the stock may skyrocket hard.
