I have strong feeling, NIR group is already out or will be out. Otherwise, sshs should not have moved or they should not pushed betting this to go up working on PRs. I agree, that's the only way sshs could've pumped stock price from 0 bid. And they did saying indirectly in the first PR. See if we get more filings about 8-k.
