PTLIAMHIS....those warnings are relative to this website and are stating that KEPI hasn't updated their required reports to the SEC, since they are a reporting company. The company has indicated they will be fulfilling the necessary reports, in a previous PR, but hasn't followed up on that PR statement. As far as the info you wanted, just scroll down on the "Company Information" page. It's all there. Email me at kbgold999@hotmail.com and I'll communicate with you on what I know.
