Thank you, But I still couldn't find it. There was a WARNING: THIS COMPANY MAY NOT BE MAKING MATERIAL INFORMATION PUBLICLY AVAILABLE. Also INSIDER TRADING WARNING. I don't know what that all means. Is there something going on with this company? I only know the news that comes up on my brokerage account 11/22 Clean Energy & Power signs LOI to acquire assets of Pacific Oil Products. I had planned to buy some but I don't want to if something is wrong. Can anyone give me more information please.
