So how do I ( a small share holder) would benefit from company which solely own by Fifer. I am afraid that we fork-out all expenses for possibly future benefits not necessary going back to PTQ shareholders. Mr. Fifer will hugely benefit in this deal, but us- remains to be seen. Of cause I might be wrong , it is a small subject matter, , just something to ponder while we are waiting for a Big news.
