THAT is the question you need to address...
What matters is the FACT of the BEHAVIOR of the financiers... not what management thinks...
Not sure why that seems to be a difficult concept for you here... in relation to ECMH... when it seems you understand it quite well in terms of its application to every other company trapped in a death spiral financing deal.
So... why is ECMH different...
Doesn't look like it is, to me...
A bit dated now... but still applicable. Look at the table showing the performance of those that got funded by Cornell...
So, escaping the "death spiral" isn't a guarantee of business success... but NOT escaping it is pretty close to a guarantee of business failure...
