Again, board members are NOT REQUIRED to be an employee, and in most corporations, they prefer that they aren't, just to prevent any conflicts of interest.

God this is so infuriating. This was pointed out to you a couple of weeks ago, yet yer still trying to hammer it home on this board, as if it's wrong that Roth is not an employee, when in fact, it's perfectly normal.
