I don't understand relationship between Azuero and PTQ. We do not profit from Azuero explorations and future work, so why would Mr. Fifer wanted to acquire Azuero and make them just an other outfit of PTQ. As a subsidiary - they can keep profits to themselves. Am I missing something?
