Love this company's technology, product, management and especially current shareprice (I do own) and share structure as well as filer status.

However, I am also concerned about all of the above as well. I would love to read their business plan.

They have a product that is sensational for companies to utilize, or so it seems. All the Fortune 100 companies can use this for advertising product. Trade show vendors can use this for their product. Auction places can utilize this for pre-auction look-sees. Theaters can utilize this for promoting coming movies with 3D characters. Sporting good stores, local mom and pop businesses, airports, the military etc can all use this...you get the idea.

It seems that this product can have an immense impact everywhere in the ad world. Finance companies, VC's and advertisers should be knocking down their doors. Not very familiar with Socius but hoping it doesn't turn into a Cornell type deal and ruin this company.

They are $20 million in deficit, owe $300K in back taxes, and $35K in revenue for 2010 so far. Let's hope that 2010 is the tipping point as they stated and we see a s/p upswing in 2011 and beyond. They have 65 million or so shares to play with and they will most likely use some or all.

At .07, and their potential, it looks like a winner...provided of course they have the sales skills to make this the wave of the future in advertising.

Question: do you know how much a typical display unit in say, a supermarket costs??
