From the con call he stated there were auditing issues and he thought it was in the final steps then - a few more days - another loss of credibility.

Based on previous missteps you would think Kelly would not have made the statement the 10K would be filed 30 days early unless the audit firm had already reviewed and signed off on the filing and it just needed to be submitted to the SEC.

You would think....
