SAE* is "fully reporting" too and yet they print shares like there's no tomorrow and are a total fraud! I learned in the meanwhile that apparently an uplist to OTCBB/QB means nothing in terms of dilution. The only good thing about the uplist is you can watch the L2 for free on OTC/PS site and see yourself if NNAN is printing shares or not.
