Apologize if I am sounding ignorant, but if this does go to trial what are the possible ramifications are involved related to CXAC, or is there no mention of us & we are awaiting what will be the outcome of trial for the remaining people that are listed as defendents to pay penalty ect. before we are lifted from freeze to proceed trading as normal again.
