Sungpill- I'm sorry you feel the way you do-- Outside of a Reverse split- this was the alternative in which we used to get proper control of our stock--- When I took over the vehicle, none of us could foresee the bureaucracy and regulation which is, at present day, slowly but surely working diligently to rid the market of sub-penny opportunities. At heart, I think it's a win-win model, but one that too many people with greed, ill-intent and misdirection, have given a bad name. That said, we did what we did, and I won't ask anyone to blindly trust us- simply that we are the real deal and MY history, not those that a handful of people so desperately want to link us to wholly, is one that supports our true vision and ability and intent.
