Your post is interesting? I have a legal document from Daniel J. Hay dated 07/17/01 stating: "I wanted to let you know that the Board of Directors has already determined that adjustment in shares will be made,...." The adjustment is a 4 for 1 forward split only for privately purchased shares. Daniel says a SEC filing is expected this week, documents are being edgarized. He says that it took alot of legal work to fix the filing from the CVI version and was required to change the authorized shares from 25M to 100M. Daniel says "We" will have the shares distributed in about 8 weeks which "I may hold "us" to. Daniel requested I not publicly discuss the free shares as it does not apply to the other free shares distributed by CVI to its shareholders.

Is this what the Board of Directors determined?

I do not understand why I can put in a sell order of AHCD.pk thru Ameritrade and the order is accepted?
