You obviously know nothing about corporate governance. As AHCD never went public, I (or any other BoD member) was never in a position to influence anything. Daniel Hay controlled 90%+ of all the outstanding shares. AHCD could have had 100 BoD members and DJH would still be the one calling the shots.

How much did you invest in AHCD? What kind of help are you looking for?

And... what does that have to do with WTCH?
