With Intel, a Gold Disk is supplied...Intel has to keep up with Intel. No Problem.

With Dell, I think the distribution is handled by Envoy (but I could be wrong.

In any event, Wave isn't burning CD's in their office. In this day and age that sort of thing is outsourced.

Can they find the right outsourcing partner for this?

If they are having any problems, maybe they could call AOL...
