The IBOX Basser1 is where new investor learn about the company past and present. If there's only Positive things about the company only put there, then the investor isn't getting all the facts. And I know you'd agree they need to know everything to make a wise decison.
The last time I checked about it not being there was last Wed. I see you changed your mind and put it after this post.

It is speculative at the present time because all the 14C filing is a pre announcement. Until there is a record date this is an event that hasn't happened yet.
