Funny how those that were the most vocal about the pre reverse 14c being in the I box were the last to check and see if it was there or not isn't it???? Nothing was being hidden at all just a case of some not actually reading the I-box in the first place. When there is a record date that also will be placed in the I-box.
There are no announcements that are required when the I-Box is updated in any way, it is the investors responsibility to check this to stay current on what is happening with the company.

When the intent to reverse split Eternal Image surfaced that was immediately placed into the sticky posts where it was easy for people to read this important information which seems to be what most people read before opening the I-box. When a record date is received it will also be placed in the sticky posts so that people can make informed decisions.

Until this record date is received though people have time to decide whether to hold or dispose of this stock from their portfolios. Of course we do have some posters here that have disposed of the stock years ago but have a strange urge to post on a daily basis about a stock they haven't owned for years. Seems like a huge waste of time to me but to each their own I guess.
