NanoC....if there's an investor, which purchased the assets in DVJ and has a agreement, to that fact, then the BEHL shareholders or creditors have no claim on those assets. In fact, if that investor (if he exist) hasn't received all assets under the agreement, then he becomes a creditor.

Doesn't the company have to declare bankruptcy, before any moves toward claims on BEHL?
