I didn't hear but someone mentioned that Rosen hinted to the Judge that having a decision by the 24th would work to put his $500 million NOLS in place for the NewCo. Sounds like he knew the Judge would be scouring over every transcript and document presented to her and would be taking her time to make a decision.

I would be very surprised, too, if the Judge ruled before the 12/17 hearing. I personally hope she makes Rosen sweat all the way up to 12/31 and then denies it!!!
