As no one outside of the insiders know what that sealed document is we are all guessing on what the outcome of that document will be.

We obviously are all hoping for a settlement or having enough info to force JPIG & FDICRAP into a HUGE PAYMENT that will allow WAMU to continue on and we all get paid as the market will see that the amount of cash reserves which then have no L's to diminish the cash would make the amount of the payment a factor of 3X.

Example: lets say the settlement is for 50B.

50B
minus 10B for debtors and preferred shares
gives 40B as a cash reserve

The market would look at that 40B as 1/3 of its true potential and would drive the stock price to:

40B/1.7B(shares)=$23.53X3=$70.58 market value of the stock.

All of the above is IMHO
