Going up.

Based off the chart this stock is at/near bottom.
look what happen the last time it reached these levels. It shot up to over a 30x multipler.

Who cares about the company.

This has a 54 million float and moves with little volume.

At this point the reward out weighs the risk. it cant go much further down....
