They did indeed go into chambers over these sealed docs...and I might add that IMHO they have to be slightly more than "just" work product, which is priviledged, since the Judge had already established that work product was protected and not to be used.

Whatever the docs are, the mood that day in court changed tremendously and because of that, and the Judge's subsequent rulings, they are key.
