From what I see, the top line slopes down on the tip of the downward sloping resistance high points while the bottom is intersecting the middle of the upward moving resistant points. Taking into consideration this pennant in conjunction with year end and slowing volume I believe this will extend the flag out. If you look ahead into the open Jan option contracts and if you know our trading history and investment base, it is probable in my opinion we will see accumulation offsetting any downward weakness leading strait up to Jan 21 with the moving averages forming their own pennant as they migrate upwards toward the intersection point. JMO
