I will ask SideDraft, if still around, to upload the PACER doc.

Essentially there is 1 bidder: Carnac. The doc lists 4 bidders (which you can see on the screen cap). Carnac is the only bidder for all the assets. Rodeo Creek just wants the lab, AAMCOR wants a small amount of equipment. The last bidder is Platinum, which really doesn't. They will just give the yes/no or they own it them selves.
