We as shareholders do not have to simply accept any price.

This transaction cannot proceed unless we vote on it and approve.

It is time for us to band together and not let the deal happen unless we are offered a fair price which means the company has to hire an investment bank to do a valuation.

DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY BE STOLEN AWAY FROM US
