theChord, I agree with your comments, but to be honest I doubt we will get anything NEAR .12. In these types of situations, the shareholder usually gets something close to the recent trading price, which prior to the drop to .0001 was only around the .01 - .02 range if I remember correct. Expect to get that much, I am sorry to say :(
