Buffetguy, Kite, do not know if this sheds anymore light, but this was response from WAVX because i had the same question.

"with the ramp up of Dell business, how is WAVX handling the nuts and bolts of the process such as CD burn, packaging, logistics to ensure no kinks occur?

John Feeney answered:
"Envoy Data, a partner of Dell and Wave, is the distribution outfit responsible for all of the "nuts and bolts" items to which you refer".
